1 No Returns
Products purchased from Rachayati Designs are generally not eligible for return once the order has been confirmed and fulfilled.
Customers are requested to carefully review the product photographs, description, dimensions, material information, pot sizing for dresses, and other available details before placing an order.
2 No Refunds & Statutory Consumer Remedies
Payments made for confirmed orders are generally non-refundable.
However, where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from the product described or ordered, or otherwise requires a remedy under applicable law, Rachayati Designs will review the matter with utmost care and determine the appropriate resolution.
3 Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged during courier transit, the customer should contact Rachayati Designs as soon as reasonably possible after delivery (preferably within 24 to 48 hours).
The customer may be requested to provide clear photographs, an unboxing video, packaging information, order details, or other information necessary to investigate the issue with the courier partner and arrange a suitable remedy.
4 Incorrect Products
If a product different from the confirmed order is delivered, the customer should contact Rachayati Designs as soon as reasonably possible.
The issue will be promptly reviewed and an appropriate resolution (such as replacement or suitable rectification) will be communicated to the customer.
5 Product Variations (Handcrafted Nature)
Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, shape, stitch, or appearance may occur, particularly with handmade, handcrafted, or individually produced sacred products.
Such normal artisanal variations are inherent characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and do not automatically qualify a product for return or refund.
6 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing guides, and specifications before ordering, as well as providing accurate and complete delivery information.
